Once you have determined your daily calories, approximately 70% of those calories should come from healthy fats, 25% from proteins, and 5% from carbs.


Example:

  • Daily Calories: 1500
  • 70% * 1500 = 1050 Calories from healthy fats
  • 25% * 1500 = 375 Calories from protein
  • 5% * 1500 = 75 Calories from carbs
