With the exception of grass-fed butter and ghee, it’s best to avoid dairy on a ketogenic diet. Many people have a reaction to the proteins in dairy, which is why grass-fed butter or ghee is tolerated by many (but not all).

  • Grass-fed/Grass-finished 
  • Full Fat
